This Privacy Policy explains what information Milon Global Wellbeing (the "Site"), operated by MilonGlobal LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you contact us, we receive what you send, such as your name, email address and message. If you place an order (when online ordering is available), we collect what you enter at checkout: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and the items in your order.
- Payment details. Card details are entered directly into fields provided and hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive, see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
- Information stored on your device. The Site saves the contents of your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you return. It stays on your device, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services listed below may automatically receive technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages requested.
2. How we use information
We use information to show products and keep your cart working; to process, deliver and support orders when ordering is available; to answer your questions; to keep the Site secure and prevent fraud; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers and third parties
- Stripe processes payments. When you use the payment fields, Stripe collects and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy, and may collect technical and device information to prevent fraud.
- Our hosting provider delivers the Site and may keep standard server logs.
- Product images are loaded from third-party content servers. When a page loads, your browser connects to those servers, which may receive your IP address and browser information.
- Shipping carriers and suppliers receive only what is needed to deliver an order, and we may disclose information to authorities where the law requires it.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics trackers on the Site.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site itself uses your browser's local storage for the shopping cart, as described above, and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's payment fields may use cookies or similar technologies for security and fraud prevention.
5. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop certain uses of it, by emailing info@milonglobal.com. Depending on where you live (for example, some U.S. states, the United Kingdom or the European Union) you may have additional legal rights, and we will respond as applicable law requires. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
